Can I license a Hytale plugin today?
Yes. Hytale server plugins are Java .jar files, and SunLicense's Java SDK checks a key from any Java code: read the buyer's key, validate it once as the plugin starts, and keep your plugin off if it's refused. A Hytale template is coming soon; until then the Paper plugin template (docs.sunlicense.com/guide/paper-plugin) shows the same check, every answer and the offline fallback.
Does it work on BuiltByBit?
SunLicense's BuiltByBit integration uses BuiltByBit's External license key placeholder, which writes each buyer's key into the file they download; Minecraft plugin sellers use it today. If your Hytale listing offers placeholders, set it up the same way. Tebex, Stripe, Payhip and Gumroad issue keys for any product.
How do I limit my plugin to one server per purchase?
Give the policy 1 machine and send a stable server id with each check, or give it an IP limit: each new address takes a slot and an address unused for 30 days frees itself. When a buyer moves host they can free the old slot in the customer portal (Lite and Standard), or you free it on the license page.
Will my plugin break servers if SunLicense is down?
Not if you treat no answer as not a no, as our templates do: keep running and retry, or check a signed offline license file. Only a real rejection, such as a revoked or unknown key, should turn the plugin off.
